About us.
Move More Collective was built for the rising adult generation — a true collective connecting brands, creators, and communities around the shared mission of sustainable culture norms.
Goal. How. Mission.
Three statements that define where we work and why. Together they're the foundation behind every event, partnership, and piece of content we make.
Support the generational shift.
Support the changing generational social culture through premium experiences and content.
Shine a light. Offer a path.
By shining a light on how our choices affect social and mental wellness — and providing the optionality to improve.
Voice the understated pillars.
Encourage more sustainable culture norms through giving a voice to the understated pillars of wellness.
Four pillars.
Two we lead on.
Physical wellness gets all the attention. Mental and social wellness are the understated pillars of the rising era — that's where MMC leads. Spiritual is part of the picture too.
The pillar everyone talks about. Strength, cardio, nutrition. Already well-served by the existing wellness industry.
Mindfulness, purpose, and meaning. The dimension of wellness that connects individual growth to something larger than oneself.
Nervous-system regulation, mood, mental health awareness — the half of wellness most likely to be quietly neglected. Where MMC partners with Active Minds to lead.
Connection without compromise. Authentic gatherings that don't depend on substances or algorithms. The category we were built for.
Mission-driven
at our core.
Former athletes, event producers, wellness practitioners, and viral content strategists — all with wellness now central to everything they do.

Mike Cavallaro
Mike has long dreamed of a world where social all-nighters, relentless fitness pursuit, and peak mental health could all coexist. A former college athlete, personal trainer, and strategy director of a venture-backed company, he's continually sought out and embraced the opportunity to just generally do hard things.
With 7 years in finance and strategy, he worked hand-in-hand with some of the most recognizable minds in today's consumer economy. Having struggled to escape the flywheel of party culture post-college, he recognized the holistic need to redefine young adult social culture in America.
A social butterfly and EQ savant to his core, Mike has lived in and maintains a top-tier multi-disciplinary wellness and influencer network in cities like Boston, Atlanta, NYC, Austin, and beyond.

Active Minds × MMC.
Active Minds is the largest nonprofit in the United States mobilizing youth and young adults to transform mental health norms across society. Together with MMC, we're exploring what it looks like to bring the MMC experience to college communities across the country — meeting the next generation where they already are.
"If we as young adults speak openly about our mental health, we can save lives."
Let's talk.
Whether you're a brand, a creator, a community leader, or someone who wants to attend the next event — let's talk about what moving more could look like together.
